1 arXiv Preprint Established in 1991, arXiv is an e-print service operated and managed by Cornell University in the fields of physics, mathematics, nonlinear science, computer science and quantum biology. It is the leading open access resource of specific subject areas. More than 1.27 million preprint documents have been included in arXiv by June 2017. Review procedure is not required for electronic preprint documents in arXiv, but the papers can be peer-reviewed, which helps mutual communication with the authors. The authors can submit paper to arXiv while submitting the same paper to academic journals for publication. Once the paper is published in journals, corresponding information of volume and issue in journal for this paper will be added in arXiv.
2 DOAJ(Directory of Open Access Journals) Comprehensive DOAJ is a community-curated online directory that indexes and provides access to high quality, open access, peer-reviewed journals. DOAJ is independent. All funding is via donations, 50% of which comes from sponsors and 50% from members and publisher members. All DOAJ services are free of charge including being indexed in DOAJ. 
3 National Academies Press (NAP) Comprehensive The National Academies Press (NAP) was created by the National Academy of Sciences to publish the reports of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine operating under a charter granted by the Congress of the United States. The NAP publishes more than 200 books a year on a wide range of topics in science, engineering, and medicine, providing authoritative information on important matters in science and health policy. The institutions served by the NAP are unique in their ability to attract leading experts in many fields to join panels and committees charged with providing policy advice on some of the nation’s most pressing scientific, technical, and health-related issues.
4 NASA Astrophysics Data System Comprehensive The NASA Astrophysics Data System (ADS)is a digital library for astronomy and astrophysics. It also covers other subject areas including electrical engineering, geophysics, physics, and instrumentation. For scanned journals, coverage goes back to Volume 1. For journals not yet scanned, coverage usually goes back to 1975. Sources of data and information include journals, books, conference proceedings, observatory reports and newsletters, some NASA reports, and PhD theses.

1 Open Yale Course Open Yale Courses provides free and open access to a selection of introductory courses taught by distinguished teachers and scholars at Yale University. The aim of the project is to expand access to educational materials for all who wish to learn. All lectures were recorded in the Yale College classroom and are available in video, audio, and text transcript formats.
2 The Open University The Open University is the leading expert in flexible higher education in the UK, providing 180 qualifications and 600 modules to choose from. The OU has a network of more than 5,000 tutors . Tutors mark assignments, provide detailed written feedback, and offer support to students by telephone, email, or computer conferencing.
